Services

We provide event planning, coordination, and handcrafted décor services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.

Bookings & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
• Remaining balances are due by the date specified in your agreement.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Event retainers are non-refundable.
• Cancellation policies for services and products will be stated in your contract or order confirmation.
• For product orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Product Orders & Shipping

• All handcrafted items are made to order and may vary slightly from photos shown.
• Shipping timelines will be provided at checkout, per the Etsy Page/ Shop.
• Dremadik Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Travel & Service Area

On-site event services are available within South Florida. Additional travel fees may apply outside our primary service area.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and responding to communication in a timely manner to ensure successful planning and execution.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver exceptional results, Dremadik Creations is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including vendor issues, weather, or unforeseen venue restrictions.
